  • Missed or delayed alerts due to Telegram outages, internet issues, or other third-party disruptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional cases, at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Technical issues on our end that prevented access to core features for more than 24 consecutive market hours
  • Fraudulent transactions (after investigation)

3. Free Trial

If your subscription began with a free trial:

  • You may cancel any time during the trial period without being charged.
  • Once the trial ends and the first payment is processed, it becomes subject to the standard refund policy.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to services.
